3. Specific Dubai property advertisements

A specific Dubai property advertisement must remain unpublished until O&G has the required marketing authority, current DLD/RERA advertising permit, official Madmoun QR code, verified listing information and commercial rights to the advertising media. The website and database contain publication controls for this purpose, but regulatory approval remains the responsibility of O&G.

5. Copyright and media rights

Do not upload or publish photographs, floor plans, renders, brochures, videos, logos or other material copied from developers, portals, photographers, social media or other websites unless O&G owns the relevant rights, has commercial permission/licence, or has another lawful basis to use them. Internal evidence references should be retained for published listing media.

6. People in photographs

Identifiable people should not appear in marketing imagery without checking applicable consent, release and privacy requirements, particularly for employees, clients, owners, tenants and private-event photographs.

7. Developer names and trademarks

Developer and project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, agency or partnership unless the relationship is accurate and authorised. Public developer display is technically blocked until an administrator records relationship/authorisation evidence.

8. Communications and telephone numbers

Any telephone or WhatsApp number published for real-estate brokerage communication should be a number O&G has verified as registered with RERA as applicable. Enquiry information should not be reused for unrelated promotional communication without the required legal basis or consent.

9. No investment, legal or tax guarantee
